Our Sacred Body is a safe, brave space for deep healing and grounded growth, guiding seekers home to their bodies, to nature, and to life itself. Our work takes shape in modalities of stillness, movement, bodywork, music and expression. Sessions are held outdoors, at East Coast Park. Online and home-visits may be available upon request.
